1. Helping out an elderly with the groceries.
2. Opening the door for someone.
3. Giving an elderly, disabled, or pregnant woman your seat on the bus.
4. Being kind to your parents.
5. Respecting your elders.
6. Help out a person if they're being bullied.
7. Not being rude.
8. Helping out someone on homework.
9. Return stolen or found objects.
10. Help an elderly cross the street.
11. Make a child happy instead of sad.
12. Compliment others.
13. Volunteer at places that need help.
14. Give to those who are homeless and needy.
15. Help out people who have disabilities.
16. Show your support to those who have lost a loved one.
17. Taking care of your pets responsibly.

19. Wash the dishes when the sink is full.

Sonographer

Duties and Responsibilities:

                Sonographers are diagnostic medical professionals who operate ultrasonic imaging devices to produce diagnostic images, scans, videos, or 3D volumes of anatomy and diagnostic data. Sonography requires specialized education and skills to view, analyze, and modify the scan to optimize the information in the image.

Average Salary: $68,008

Educational Requirements:

                Many countries require that medical sonographers have professional certification. Sonographers understand ultrasound physics, cross sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, and communication skills.

Environmental Health Specialist

Environmental Health Specialist – Sanitarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

                Sanitarians, or environmental health specialists, enforce government regulations and advise and educate clients.

They often:

·         Collect and analyze samples.

·         Screen samples for possible health hazards.

·         Design or manage sanitation, disposal, and water systems.

·         Oversee disposal of infectious water.

·         Etc.

Average Salary: $25,000 - $50,000

Educational Requirements:

                Students should take college preparatory courses, especially in mathematics and science, during high school.

                A career as a sanitarian or environmental health specialist requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering. Many jobs require certification and/or a Master’s degree in these, or related fields.

Research Scientist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Research Scientists work to improve life and health by increasing the world's knowledge about their chosen field of study.  Their interests are many and varied, and often they focus their research in biochemistry, genetics, immunology, microbiology, marine biology, molecular biology, physics, or pathology.  Research scientists may work independently or as part of a team.  Most work in research laboratories, but many work in field situations or teach in colleges, universities, and medical schools.

             Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school including advanced placement and international baccalaureate courses.
