Student Success Statement #57

"That which we persist in doing becomes easier to do, not that the nature of the thing has changed but that our power to do has increased."
                                                                                                                    - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Reflection: Practice makes perfect. I do believe that if you want something difficult done, you must demonstrate perseverance. You will persist, and eventually you will succeed. For example, if you really want to learn how to play an instrument fluently, you must practice and practice and practice, and in the end you will realize you can accomplish your goal of playing that instrument effortlessly.
