Oriental medicine treats a variety of ailments including headaches, back pain, arthritis, or other illnesses by identifying patters of imbalance within a body’s energy levels and working to readjust fluids or tissues in order to keep the body in balance and relieve pain. Oriental medicine techniques include acupuncture, cupping, acupressure, and herbal supplements that are applied to specific body parts or tissues. Some practitioners are licensed to be a physician’s assistant and then take classes to become certified in oriental medicine. Most practitioners earn a Bachelor’s degree in biology or another medical related field, then go on to fill state requirements for practicing oriental medicine. Most states require students to work as an intern or apprentice for a specific number of hours in order to qualify for certification, and then have them take an examination to become certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Most training is obtained during an internship or apprenticeship, and many students who work as intern often get hired in as a full-time practitioner once their certification is obtained.

"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise."
                           - Benjamin Franklin

Reflection: When you go to sleep early, you get enough of the stress you have in yourself and you lock it up. You become relaxed and you feel much better. When you wake up early, your mind is clear of any thoughts and you are more open minded hen when you wake up with having had hardly any rest. For example, when I don't get enough rest, I feel tired, lazy, and sleepy. That interferes with my studies and my concentration at school. When I do get enough rest, I am more relaxed and I think better, which is good because that will help me succeed better in exams and other stuff such as sports.

"I would prefer even to fail with honor than win by cheating."
                                                - Sophocles

Reflection: Honestly I would like the same. I would much rather fail and have a good feeling in my heart knowing that I didn't cheat and I tried my hardest at whatever I was trying to accomplish. I know that by cheating I'm choosing the wrong and that is not okay. Cheating can bring consequences to one and those consequences can bring you down. For example, what if you really want to graduate from college and you have an important test you must take. If you cheat, sure there may be a chance where you actually pass the exam and get a high score. When you enter your profession and you are asked to do something, guess what? You don't know what to do because you cheated on that exam that was so informative and you didn't even bother to read the information because you knew you were going to get a great score anyway because you had the right answers. You have just been caught on what you did and now you are jobless and miserable. Who's fault is that? YOURS. You took that decision and there are the consequences. It's better to fail 100 times if possible than to win by cheating because you learn from your mistakes every time you fail, and that, now that makes you a better person each time.
