Reflection: This anonymous person/author has a point. It takes a lot of little steps to accomplish something. For example having a successful career requires many years of education and studying. You can't just one day magically decide, "OH GOODY I'M GOING TO BE A DOCTOR  TODAY."

That is not how this works. You must go to school for many years to gain the knowledge you will one day use. School and study is those little steps to your great future.
