The Top 5 Heart Health Tips

The Top 5 Heart Health Tips:
  1. Try to keep a healthy diet (ex. Fruits and Vegetables)
  2. Avoid smoking
  3. Keep an active lifestyle (ex. going to the gym or 30 minutes of moderate activity)
  4. Maintaining a healthy body weight 
  5. Reduce your stress
Reflection: I am planning to join the school's basketball team. I'll be practicing and training almost daily so that will count as an active lifestyle. I will also try to eat moderately and eat at most 3 times a day. I will try to stop eating greasy foods and focus on healthy ones. I will as well eat more fruits and vegetables.
